Several Students who participated in an Experiential Learning concept joined us in-person to tour investment properties and experience hands-on learning from Noah Hano, co-founder and CEO of Three 33 Properties.

 

The students conducted a yearlong virtual course on Real Estate Investment and specifically how Three 33 Properties buys, finances, manages and operates multi family real estate. 

As part of the course, the students mirrored each of the Three 33 Team's roles, and learned all the aspects of each role by participating in 10 separately held 1 hour long virtual classrooms held throughout 2024. It was a sacrifice of Sunday mornings for everyone involved.  

This particular course allowed each student to gain an in depth understanding of; asset management, leasing, property management, accounting finance/risk management, construction management, technology integration (AI use cases) automation, standardization and synchronization of all property management and standard operating protocols.

Each Team member received a copy of  65 page Three 33 Companies Playbook ®️  

The final field trip included for all students a two day group tour, business culture immersion, and hands on approach to what it actually looks like to operate a Real Estate Asset Management, Investment and Property Management business – in ONE.  

This particular Experiential Learning program highlighted how Three 33 Companies has grown its value-add multifamily portfolio by $200 Million in less than 4 years.
